Hypocrisy in campus

Jesus often called people hypocrites. Hypocrisy is still rampant today in our religion and I will focus more in campus religion.

I understand you all know what hypocrisy is and the people or persons are hypocrites ie people who claim beliefs that his or her action don’t conform to

In campus students don’t oftenly live out their beliefs, you find some either truly believe what they say and do and due to” pressures ” they don’t know how to act on their beliefs hence the confusion.

In this case we find the students orient their identities and behaviours in relation to those around them. For example you find that you do sin but say your better than the others

Other instant is you approach some for guidance especially the religious leaders and when they mess up because they are also humans you feel down hence question their faith or yours at some point. Is that supposed to be?

Nobody is perfect we all in process of perfection and you should not compare yourself with others , live your life to avoid confusing your faith. Luke 12:5 guides on whom to live for not people.

Since I joined moi university campus have been to church and have witnessed many students face this hence they go astray and to some extent some even stop going to church, but anyways one has freedom to do whatever he or she wants but not what results from hypocrisy.
